A foggy, cold, morning

These days are cold, maybe about 60 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature will drop maybe another 5-10 degrees in the next month. In past winter seasons, people have died from the cold, especially in the villages. The project usually gives some blankets away which might help a few people.
