- We are Josh, Melissa, Melody and Stephen Jore working in North-West Bangladesh at LAMB Hospital. Josh works as the Support Services Manager, covering IT, Maintenance and Vehicles. Melissa is the keeper of our home and enjoys all the joys and challenges that brings. Melody and Stephen continue to grow and discover new things each day.
